Arc 1950 le Village is TRULY a ski-in, ski-out resort in the heart of one of the largest ski areas in the world!

The newest addition to Les Arcs, Arc 1950 is a true gem nestled in the heart of the ski area. Built just 19 years ago in Savoie, in the French Alps, this ski resort is unparalleled in its concept and ideal location facing Mont Blanc, as well as its access to the Paradiski ski area in winter and its mountain biking trails in summer. Not to mention the uniformity and quality of its accommodations, all rated 5 stars. With 3,600 beds, it’s a cozy retreat where everything you need is close at hand.

This family-friendly ski resort is entirely pedestrianized, and its streets extend into the Paradiski ski slopes. Skiers and residents of Arc 1950 can glide directly from their residence door and return without removing their skis.

Marked by panels dedicated to movie stars who have participated in the Film Festival, the ski slope that runs through the Village also serves as a wonderful shopping route! You can take off your skis right in front of the shops. For added convenience, the merchants provide bags for carrying items back to the slopes, and some even offer delivery to your apartments. The “Slope of Fame” reminds you that here, you are the star!

The Arc 1950 le Village skiing experience also grants access to Paradiski, the second-largest ski area in the world, linking three ski resorts in the Alps (Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, and La Plagne). It features an expansive skiing territory at the edge of the Vanoise National Park—53,000 hectares of protected nature—with modern facilities, quick and comfortable lifts, and diverse spaces for all styles and levels, whether on Les Arcs, La Plagne, or Peisey-Vallandry.

Whether you’re an experienced rider or a beginner, the Essential or Premium passes give you access to wide, well-prepared slopes, un-groomed Natur’ routes, sheltered forest paths, fun zones, snow parks, and many other delights to discover during your mountain stay.

Ski lessons start at the heart of the resort, and the youngest skiers can learn to glide without leaving the Village, thanks to the Yéti Camp.

Our ambition is to offer you the best and be worthy of the most beautiful luxury residences in the mountains. Arc 1950 le Village is the ski-in, ski-out station at the heart of the Arcs. High-end residences, with numerous services, await you in one of the most beautiful ski areas in the world for your ski vacation.

Once settled into your Pierre et Vacances Premium residence in Arc 1950, put on your skis and head out to explore the vast playground of the Arcs. All skiers are welcome and will be delighted by the 425 km of slopes.
