Recently refurbished private alpine/scandinavian style ski in ski out flat of 61 m2 on the 4th floor (at 2050 metres) of the Sources de Marie residence in Arc 1950. It has a quiet location with magnificent views and a balcony facing the mountains, perfect for an al fresco lunch or a sunny après-ski afternoon. Handmade Swedish dining and coffee tables. Comfortable sofa bed, designer armchairs and cushions. Beautifully decorated and warmly lit - all with dimmers. Ambient tea lights. 46" Smart-TV with streaming and with French, British and American channels.

Application for Netflix. Bluetooth-enabled active hi-fi speaker so you can easily stream your music. Free private Wi-Fi. New fully equipped kitchen in natural ash with all amenities. Range of Bosch quality dishwashers, microwaves and silent oven. Induction hob. Traditional coffee machine, pod coffee maker, toaster, etc. Two fridges with freezer compartments, one of which is mainly for drinks.

One bedroom with double bed, full working area. A master bathroom clad in white marble with heated slate floors and an innovative combination bath and shower.Second bedroom with twin beds, and a small separate work area. En-suite shower room with travertine clad walls, heated slate floors and wall-hung toilet. The bathrooms have heated towel rails and hairdryers. This accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is an option to sleep 2 extra people in the lounge on the double sofa bed or 1 extra child on an air mattress in the master bedroom (both options must be pre-booked).

Please note our house conditions/rules: Strictly no smoking, no pets, no ski boots, no skis or snowboards in the flat or on the balcony. 1 private ski locker is available immediately at the entrance to the residence for storage of your equipment.

Linen, bathrobes, towels etc. are provided for the bedrooms. Flat preparation and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the total rental price and carried out by a professional company. However, we expect the kitchen to be cleaned, the crockery finalised (or cleaned in the dishwasher) and all rubbish and recyclables removed.

As this is my home for 2 months of the year, the apartment is fully equipped with most of the things you need.

In the house "Sources de Marie" you have access to exercise room with whirlpool and sauna. Through a loft in the house also to a heated outdoor pool. On floor -4 is also the "Deep Nature Spa" with a fantastic flowing pool, various saunas, hamman etc and various services such as massage (entrance fee but worth it).
