Beautiful, bright living room with fireplace, TV with Netflix & YouTube, convertible sofa, armchairs with lovely views and opening onto a balcony. Dining area for 10, fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso, raclette machine, fondue machine, mixer, etc.) and all the dishes you need for cooking in the mountains.

On the same floor as the living room, there is a twin bedroom with a view of the Aiguille Rouge, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and WC, a large bedroom for 5 with a bunk bed, two single beds and a pull-out bed, a bathroom and a separate WC. This configuration comfortably sleeps 9 in the 3 bedrooms, and a total of 11 using the sofa bed in the living room. For optimum comfort, we recommend not exceeding 10 people.

Suitcases can easily be stored in the space under the stairs and in the bedroom cupboards. Skis and boots can be left in the storage room in the entrance hall of the residence. There are two lockers equipped with boot dryers and pegs for leaving skis, boots, helmets and other equipment.
