In the heart of the village of Arc 1950, we offer you a warm, contemporary mountain flat, completely renovated in 2022 in a 5* hotel residence.
South-facing, the flat is on the top floor of the Refuge du Montagnard residence, with a breathtaking view of the Aiguille Rouge and close to all the shops.
Rated 4* for tourism and with 5 Paradiski crystals, it comprises a bright living room with sofa bed, widescreen TV and wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen
opening onto the living room and fully equipped (hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, etc.), a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Ski in/out.
Beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning (€100) is included in the rental price (excluding kitchen).
Non-smoking flat. Pets are allowed on request and with a supplement of 80€ for the stay.
Included: free wifi, Netflix access, cleaning, sheets, towels, toiletries, groceries and cleaning kits.
IMPORTANT: Access to balcony temporarily closed for security reasons. Locking devices have been installed on the doors to prevent this access.
You will also have your own ski locker (heated room) located at the entrance and exit to the slopes.
Within the residence, you can also use the laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer freely available).
LifeStyle manager in the residence to accompany guests during their stay. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm, Saturdays: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Sundays: 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
